YOGA INSTRUCTIONS & PRACTICE SESSIONS
This beginner/intermediate DVD has two parts. The first one hour has detailed
instructions with explanations of benefits of each postures. The second part
has two practice sessions of 25 minutes each. You may do any session on a
given day.
Utilize this DVD for muscle toning, maintaining or improving health, to feel
and look young, to improve concentration and memory, and for headaches,
insomnia, allergy, and other ailments.
